The only exception is If you receive an item that has broken in the mail a replacement will be sent once the broken one is returned.
The Glitter Palace Glitters are considered Solvent Resistant when used in acrylic or gel applications as well as hair and body applications as well as crafts. We personally test our glitters in both acrylic and gel but we do not test with other products because there are so many options. Everyone uses different products and does things differently so you will need to experiment on your own as well. Different applications and products could have different results. Also our products are not tested for polish making, nor can I guarentee they will work in polish or polish making.
Shipping Information:
Please allow up to 7 days processing time for orders to be packaged and to ship. We ship once a week on Mondays. All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service and will have tracking information available.
International Shipping:
International shipments could take up to 10 days for processing time. Will ship internationally however once it leaves the country it is no longer in our control. After tracking has left the United States we will no longer be responsible for the package, If you would like to pay for tracking it is extremely expensive and you can check the USPS website to check what the fee would be for your country. So You will NOT be able to track your package past the United States border. International orders please note that you are buying at your own risk. In the event that you do not receive your order The Glitter Palace will NOT be responsible.
